On October 17th, the signing ceremony of "Pan-China Special Scholarship (Stipend)" donation and the signing and licensing ceremony of the co-establishing practice base of Pan-China Certified Public Accountants and School of Accounting at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics were held in the conference room of Du Xing Building of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. Jingyu Jin, Senior Partner of Pan-China Certified Public Accountants and Deputy General Manager of Beijing Branch, Senior Partner Yaping Lu, Senior Partner Benxia Yao, Yan Chang, Deputy General Manager and Director of Human Resources Department of Beijing Branch, Partner Gaoping Gao, Qiyue Liu, School Recruitment Manager of Human Resources of Hangzhou Headquarter, Shan Lin, School Recruitment Manager of Human Resources of Beijing Branch, and Shumeng Shi, Assistant of Human Resources of Hangzhou Headquarter, visited School of Accounting at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, participated in the event together with Yao Zhang, Chairman of the Education Foundation and Director of the Finance Department at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Hang Liu, Dean of School of Accounting, Yanli Chen, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, Xiaofang Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, Xiaodong Zhang, Vice Dean, and Kejing Chen, Vice Dean, Alumni and Outreach Affairs Secretary of the School, counsellors, and student representatives. The ceremony was presided over by Xiaofang Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School.
Hang Liu, on behalf of School of Accounting at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, welcomed the visit of Mr. Jin and his team from Pan-China Certified Public Accountants. He thanked Pan-China for their recognition and support of School of Accounting and introduced the history, discipline construction, situation of teachers and students, and talent cultivation of School of Accounting to the attendees.
Yanli Chen thanked Pan-China Certified Public Accountants for their trust in School of Accounting at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and introduced the donor and the donation project of the " Pan-China Special Scholarship (Stipend)". She encouraged students to develop comprehensively, manifest their characteristics, play a role in model demonstration and motivational orientation, and promote the comprehensive and three-dimensional collaborative education model between the university and enterprise.

Pan-China Certified Public Accountants established "Pan-China Special Scholarship (Stipend)" in School of Accounting at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, encouraging students to develop comprehensively and play a role in model demonstration.
Hang Liu and Yan Chang signed the "Agreement on Co-Establishing the Student Practice Base of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and Pan-China Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership)" on behalf of the school and enterprise respectively. Kejing Chen licensed the plaque of the Practice Base to Yaping Lu, the representative of the enterprise, and both parties will take this opportunity to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and jointly cultivate more high-quality financial talents.
In order to promote communication and cooperation with off-campus units in discipline construction, scientific research, and student social practice, both parties held an off-campus part-time supervisor appointment ceremony. Xiaodong Zhang presented an appointment letter to Jingyu Jin, Senior Partner of Pan-China Certified Public Accountants and Deputy General Manager of Beijing Branch.
Subsequently, both parties held exchanges and discussions on talent cultivation, practice base construction, and school-enterprise cooperation. Student representatives actively asked questions about internships, employment, and other aspects.
