AACSB accreditation first focuses on the quality of education, and most of the provisions of its business accreditation standards are closely related to the quality of education. AACSB believes that teaching quality is created in the teaching practice of teacher-student interaction. If students can fully interact with the backbone faculty in a self-sufficient teaching program at a business school, then a high-quality degree program results. Accreditation, in turn, focuses on the commitment of members to the mission, the development of faculty, the formulation of plans, and the delivery of instructions. Secondly, one of the guiding principles of accreditation is to accept and encourage high quality in management education through different methods. In other words, the evaluation process supports the mission and teaching method of management education. Thirdly, the accreditation emphasizes that the applicant college should take a series of measures to strengthen the framework of curriculum, enhance the level of teachers, improve teaching methods and develop scientific research activities. Therefore, AACSB accredited business schools must have the following characteristics: to manage resources according to a constantly evolving mission, with teachers possessing advanced knowledge of business and management, to provide high quality teaching and cutting-edge curriculum system, to encourage teacher-student interaction, the graduates being able to achieve their learning objectives.
