The 2023 (the 9th) MPAcc Students Case Competition final will end on June 17-18, 2023 in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Shanghai Tower. The MPAcc team "Little Koi of Jianshan Xinghai" authorized by School of Accounting of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics to participate won the second prize (team leader: Mengyu Peng, team members: Yuxin Mei, Tong Sun, Yifan Sun, Yuxin Xu), teachers Yue Yu and Kejing Chen won the award of excellent instructors, and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics won the award of best organization.
The MPAcc Student Case Competition is a public welfare competition under the guidance of China National MPAcc Education Steering Committee, hosted by the MPAcc Students Case Competition Organizing Committee, and jointly organized by 14 training units, including Beijing Jiaotong University, Chongqing University, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Hunan University, Jinan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai National Accounting Institute, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Xiamen University, Renmin University of China, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Sun Yat-sen University and Central University of Finance and Economics. It has been successfully held for nine sessions currently. The 2023 (the 9th) MPAcc Students Case Competition was organized by Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The competition has a wide social influence and guiding role in the cultivation of accounting master's talents.
In this competition, five of the eight MPAcc teams authorized by School of Accounting of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics were promoted to the top 150 among 3038 graduate teams nationwide, which is one of the universities with the most promoted teams at this stage; Out of the 5 MPAcc teams that promoted to the top 150, 2 teams promoted to the national top 30, which is also one of the universities with the most promoted teams at this stage; One of the two undergraduate teams authorized to participate has stood out among the 527 undergraduate registration teams nationwide and promoted to the top 20 nationwide, winning the Excellence Award of National Undergraduate Team.
The School of Accounting of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics attaches great importance to case teaching, case study and development, and participation in case competitions.
