On August 26, 2023, the "International Symposium on Intelligent Accounting and Risk Management" organized by Management College of Ocean University of China and China Business Working Capital Management Research Center was held in Qingdao, with over 100 experts and scholars from domestic and foreign universities attending the conference to discuss hot topics such as "Industrial Internet", "Artificial Intelligence Audit", "Compulsory Information Disclosure by Chinese Private Enterprises", and "Accounting and Financial Research Based on Chinese Institutional Background".
The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Xijian Quan, Honorary Dean of the Management College of Ocean University of China and Director of the MBA Education Center. Professor Tianyu Jin, Director of the Social Science Administration Office of Ocean University of China, and Professor Zhuquan Wang, Dean of the Management College of Ocean University of China and Director of China Business Working Capital Management Research Center, delivered speeches successively. Professor Yufeng Zhang from the University of Birmingham in the UK, Professor Junsheng Zhang from Sun Yat-sen University, Professor Fansheng Jia from Ocean University of China, and Professor Danglun Luo from Sun Yat-sen University respectively gave keynote speeches.
The paper presentation stage was conducted simultaneously in two sub forums. Yanting Li, a postgraduate from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, reported on the paper "Digital Infrastructure Construction and Enterprise Innovation Risk - A Quasi-Natural Experiment Based on the Broadband China Strategy", which she collaborated with her supervisor Professor Dapeng Tang, postgraduate Yujie Wang, and doctoral student Yichen Liu, sparking heated discussions among the attending delegates.
At the closing ceremony, Professor Jin Shi from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law presented the awards to the outstanding thesis winners, and the conference was successfully concluded.
