On July 15, 2023, the First "Academic Annual Conference on Chinese Enterprise Innovation and Platform Governance" was held in Inner Mongolia, hosted by the Special Committee on Enterprise Innovation and Industrial Policy of the Chinese Association of Science of Science and S&T Policy Research, organized by the School of Economics and Management of Inner Mongolia University of Technology and the Inner Mongolia Management Society, and won the support from multiple academic journals such as Science Research Management, Research on Financial and Economic Issues, Journal of Management Case Studies, Science & Technology Progress and Policy, and Scientific Management Research. The theme of this conference is "Theory and Practice of Chinese Enterprise Innovation and Platform Governance". Associate Professor Zhenyang Zhao from School of Accounting at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics attended the conference.
The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Professor Zongchuan Wen, Dean of School of Economics and Management, Inner Mongolia University of Technology. Professor Jingqin Su, Chairman of the Special Committee on Enterprise Innovation and Industrial Policy of the Chinese Association of Science of Science and S&T Policy Research, and Professor Xi Guo, President of Inner Mongolia University of Technology, delivered speeches respectively on behalf of the sponsor and organizers. Professor Li Cai from Jilin University, Professor Jingqin Su from Dalian University of Technology, Professor Jinghua Xiao from Sun Yat-sen University, Professor Jiasu Lei from Tsinghua University, Professor Zhiying Liu from University of Science and Technology of China, Professor Xueling Li from Jilin University, Professor Xiaoyu Yu from Shanghai University, Professor Weiwei Wu from Harbin Institute of Technology, Professor Miao Cui from Dalian University of Technology, and Professor Yu Li from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics delivered keynote speeches respectively.
The conference has six sub forums, namely journal forum of Science Research Management, Research on Financial and Economic Issues, Journal of Management Case Studies, and conference paper forum. Associate Professor Zhenyang Zhao reported and exchanged working papers at the sub forum, while Professor Xiaoyu Yu from Shanghai University and Associate Professor Haixin Huang from Dalian University of Technology commented on the papers, starting heated discussions among the attending delegates.
At the closing ceremony, Professor Jingqin Su, Chairman of the Special Committee on Enterprise Innovation and Industrial Policy of the Chinese Association of Science of Science and S&T Policy Research and Director of the Organizing Committee, summarized the conference.
