Jing Sui expressed her gratitude to Deloitte China for its long-term support to Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE). She reviewed the journey of cooperation between DUFE and Deloitte China, especially the practical camp activities jointly organized by both sides. These activities have allowed students to gain an in-depth understanding of Deloitte China's advanced management concepts and business models, thereby achieving comprehensive improvements in professional knowledge, practical skills, and team collaboration. She highly praised the cooperation model between the university and the enterprise, pointing out that it not only broadens students' options but also achieves a precise alignment between talent cultivation and corporate needs.
Ling Fan represented Deloitte China and emphasized the profound significance of university-enterprise cooperation projects such as the "DUFE-Deloitte Practical Camp." She believed that these initiatives, driven by a shared vision, not only deepen the integration of theory and practice but also jointly create a new highland for the cultivation of applied business talents. When discussing the rapid development of cutting-edge technologies like generative AI, Ling Fan encouraged students to maintain proactive thinking, be brave in integrating AI technology into business practice, and strive to create higher-value outcomes. She urged students to become talents who can keep pace with the times and even lead the trend.
During the exchange, participants from both sides gained new insights into the cultivation of high-quality talents, guiding and motivating each student to continuously refine themselves in learning and practice and to clarify and firmly establish their career choices. Looking to the future, both sides are confident that through their joint efforts, they will build an education and training system that adapts to future changes and better meets the development trends of future society. They also hope that more enterprises will, like Deloitte China, pay attention to the education sector and support talent cultivation to jointly create a brighter future.
